I'm currently in high school and doing a research project on heck reactions catalysed in water by pincer complexes.
The ligands I'm currently using are Ethanethiol and 8-Mercaptoquinoline. Is there any advice on what conditions would be optimal for my synthesized complexes to catalyze a heck reaction?
