I'm a concern parent of Gregorio del Pilar Elementary School located in District II of Manila I just wanted to ask why some of teacher or either almost of the teacher here are very much monster in corruption like collecting money everyday to the student, by requesting thing which is not important and not need to the following discussion...,(catsup which if u bring sachet their bring it back to you coz they want you to bring in a bottle) gosssh!this is just certain example and there still a lot of kind of corruption here.... is it because their salary was really not enough to their everyday needs? I just want some legal action regarding to this matter or it could be better if they will going some investigation.
