I work at the Truman Museum in a small town is southwestern Minnesota call Truman. While researching the history of one of our buildings, I found out it was owned by the Hamm's
Brewing Company. The Truman State Bank bought it in 1916 for $6,000. I was wondering if the Hamm Company built the building. (It would have been in the early 1900s since the town was founded in 1899. If the company did build it, I was wondering what it was used for? We have a picture previous to 1916 in which there is a sign Restaurant & Meat Market. We can find no other history on this building and were hoping you could help us outwith its histroy. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Marilyn Carrigan director- Truman Museum, Truman, MN
