I want to calculate the Internal Rate of Return for a new project that will last more than 20 years.

1- Excpected Cash inflows for 5 years only are calculated.
2- Invesment cost are identified.

Question:
Should i calculate the Terminal value for the project at year five and to be included as cash inflows to calculate the IRR.
