I have been working on a bulk fuel facility whos owners have been disposeing of oily contaminated soil which also had spills of caustic soda, they have been paying a dump truck owner to dispose of it as he sees fit also the owner has been selling it as fill in an under privledged nieghbrhood, i fear the soil will contaminate the water and other soils. there is an elementary school near and a daycare. the company who owns the facility is one of the largest, my problem is that if they find it is me that tells they will likely not pay my invoices, who can tell me what i should do and how to stayunder the radar. I can not sleep at night knowing what is going on also there are pcbS in soil from a power company spill but the owners are not telling the subcontractors and the site work people are working in that area. the power company has turned there heads... help!!!!!
