I have an original program for Damn Yankees but it is different than the one with gwen verdon. The Cover has only the picture of Gretchen Wyler and damn written on the left with yankees written on the right. A NEW MUSICAL is written directly under yankees. There are no credits on the front. When did Gretchen Wyler play the lead? Everyone else in the program is the same as with Gwen Verdon. The program was published by Kal Efron and printed by Artcraft Litho. & Ptg. Co. Scene photos by Friedman-Abeles Studio and Cover by Fred Fehl.
Why can't I find any mention of Wyler playing the lead in 1955?
Jerry Ross was still living and part of the program.
