I have a relative in Callao prison for drug trafficing, he does say however that it is more like a rehab facility. Does anyone know the name of this place as i am searching for Callao prison on Google but nothing relavently close to what he explains about the place comes up -
he does say however he is allowed to phone and is forced to study on the facilities expences as well as work in work shops during the day.
can anyone help?
