I have a 1975 50hp Evinrude Sizzler that won't idle. I have rebuilt the carbs. and double checked on the float adjustments. When I unhook the @2 cylinder,there is no change in the running of the engine. I checked for spark and seems fine. Replaced the plugs.Please help
