I got a positive pregnancy test at 3weeks after my last menstrual period which was on Jan 9th. My quant level then was 7. I repeated my HCG and it was 488 at 4 weeks at 5am and then repeated it less than 24hrs later and it went up to 702. I don't know if I am being paranoid, but could I be pregnant with twins? I am 27 and have no history of twins in my family. My cycle is 25 days and I have no clue when I ovulated. But is it a possibility to be pregannt with twins?? Also, my OB scheduled me for a u/s on Monday the 9th. Would he do this anyway or because he thinks I may be preggers with multiples? Also, the secretary said to me on the way out that if I was pregnant with twins I could get it done in one shot. Is it possible she overheard the doctor talking about me and the possibility? Or seriously am I just paranoid?
