I found, what I've beem told to be, a vertebra from a megalodon. Was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how I can go about getting authenticated?

Some questions first: Where was it found and do you know what age/formation it came from? How large is it? Does it have ribbed sides or solid sides. Megalodon vertebrae centrum have ribbed sides as do other Lamniforme sharks.
