I am trying to find the official name of the war that took place in this country between 1861 - 1865. I have been provided information supposedly from the Congressional Record, dated March 2, 1928, about a Senate joint resolution #41 listing the title as "War Between the States" but I want to be accurate before I pass this on as fact. Your help is appreciated.
