I am puzzle by transaction that occurred in my family. My uncle was Jim Butler, from Elkhart, IN. He was claiming 3/16ths of the gross proceeds received or manufactured, receiving monthly royalty checks on a piece of property, that he said, did not exist. My guess is that he cheated my mother and her brother out of their share. The property is located in Bryan County as follows, to wit:

NW/4NE4,NW/4 SW/4 NE/4,SE/4 NW/4 and S2 NE/4 NW/4

of Section 25, township 7S, Range 11E, and containing 110 acres.
