I am looking to start a buisness with a balloon. there is no other buisness like this so i will not disclose what it intails. my question is if i want to tether a balloon to 600 to 800 feet of rope. will i be able to pull it down after it reaches altitude with a 2000 lb cable puller. see the balloon will mske msny trips up and down a day. so my plan is to hold the balloon down and heat it up then release it so it climbe very fast. then bring it straight back down to do it again. also i am looking to buy a complete system and am wondering what kind of balloon i will need if i wanted to take 6 to 8 people up at a time. i mean can you put any size basket under and balloon? i would think you would need a bigger balloon for a bigger basket right. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
