I am a building structural engineer , i like to know some basic questions on wind tunnel and aerodynamics.
For a circular building the wind pressures are always normal to the surface of building, is there are no out of plane forces , i mean along the wind (even for directional winds) ?

The wind pressure calculated by the sensors will get only the pressures normal to the building face ? The pressure along the wind cannot be detected ?
