Hi! I just want to ask.. When can a Philippine Navy get married? Cause I heard from somebody that a military who just graduated from his training, is not allowed to get married yet. As what i've heard, they need to be of service for 3 years. But a Philippine navy officer, once told me that nowadays, military can get marry after graduating from the navy training. So which is which? This is very important for me. Thank you!
