I'm an 8th grader who's doing a project on the Xinhai Revolution for National History Day. My group won our school competition and is moving on to the state level. As a way to increase my understanding of this topic, I thought it would be good to figure out how the ethnicity of the Manchurian Qing Dynasty and the southern-central Han Chinese majority that was ruled by the Qing figured into the equation. So, I fired up my computer, typed "Xinhai Revolution motives" into Google, and got nothing. Seriously!Does anybody know a website or book where I can get information on this question?
