Good day! I just want to follow up the Act or Law about having an open universities in all schools and colleges here in the Philippines.

I heard about this news in the television, some months ago. According to the news, this act/law had been amended by the Congress. Then, it was passed to the Senate to ratify it.

But after this, I haven't heard news from it on the television. Please do something to amend this issue as soon as possible.

Please inform also the media about the progress of this Act/Law. Can you also amend it before school year 2012-2013 starts?

Thank you. It would be a great help to us students like those that are working and those who desperately need it.
I myself confessed that I am not physically capable of commuting to school everyday. This law means less stress and less worries for us students.
