I wonder also how n when they give actions to these illegal n impostures using names of generals like this case ...name of robert w cone ........or in other hand they chat also using different accounts oh so scary.........pls how can the authority resolve all these mess .pls help an innocent person .....where n how to report these illegal act ..in other words victim of scam pls

I have been contacted by this person,do they think that a man of his rank and prestige would be contacting women on Skype. Why has this not been investigated?
