i just want to ask what should i provide to have my trancscript authenticate by deped because im planning to study here abroad but they are asking me to have an authentication in department of education in philippines anyone can help me please? or just tell me what to do or what to provode to have authentication in my transcript and high school records. thank you very much. looking forward for reply.
