Few lower staff of IB works with full dedication and sometime far better than their seniors having immense talent and good intelligence network but when he found himself in a problem related with family or other social reasons he was takenup as a defaulter and to satisfy the ego of the HOO the higher formation behaves like a dictator and behaves so rudly and the image of person drastically changes and also the view of higher formation also. They take decisions without the proper investigation of the matter and depands upon the facts initiated by the HOO who had already decided the fate of the employee and the prestige issue of the same for him.Such incidents degrade the moral of the hard working staff.
