No, Suboxone (Buprenorphine Naloxone) is only an opiate receptor blocker, so it blocks all the typical opiate pain killers, heroin, Methadone, etc.

Amphetamines do not impact opiate receptors and generally cause an increase in dopamine and to a smaller degree norepinephrine.
