No Mr Mubarak did not serve in the Israeli army. He served in the military and Air Force of Egypt. Subsequently, he became President Anwar Sadat's Vice President and then served as President of Egypt 1981 - 2011. He was in negotiations with Israel in his role as President but never worked there in any capacity.
