Please don't make the same mistake we made and buy a cub cadet riding mower! We paid TWICE the price of the Sears mower we had for years and EVERYTIME we go to use the cub cadet, there is a problem. Won't start, plugs, etc etc. It's just a little over a year old and if I could get rid of it, I would. Please please don't waste your money.

I agree. I bought a brand new cub cadet riding mower just over a year ago. It has been in the shop 7 times. The front end fell off, all the bolts that hold the hood on came out, had to pay for those. Front tire goes flat all the time. Recently I let the dealer change the blades and after that, the main belt broke to the pullys on the carriage. I replaced the belt myself, now the main drive belt came off. Managed to get the front yard cut, then the bearings went out on one of the blades, and the main drive belt came off again. This mower is terrible. I have a 10 year old murray that runs better.
