My company has about thirteen mitsu fuso diesel canter 04 and 08 trucks. I have had alot of complaints from drivers of the trucks complaining about the brake pedal goes to the floor during the first application, qnd becomes effective only when it is pumped several times. Inspections carried out on those trucks showed the front wheel cylinders leaking, weared out brake shoes, and air bubbles in the brake system. The parts were replaced, and some of the trucks had their brake problems solved. But others, still ve dat problem on all the models. Am suspecting d brake master cylinder to have internal leakage problems. Is the problem related to brake booster? Anyone has any idea what could b causing the brake system failures for these mitsu fuso canter trucks? Are there any tsb concerning brake system ineffectiveness for those models of truck from mitsubishi company? Help me pls guys!
