NLC are planing to close holytown community centre due to a cost of >£300k allegedley to bring it up to a standard this is years of neglect and budgetary savings rather than thinking about the community. Does anyone know if there are any legalities form the coal board who gifted this centre to NLC for the community that could stop this outrage?????
