Only 1% of the fresh water on the planet is available for human use yet we waste gallons of water each day. Water conservation must be give top priority. Many places are facing a water shortage and Southern California is one of them. http://j.mp/3U61S5 will show you how far the water reserve levels have declined. They have a gauge on the site with three-color zones: Blue – good, Yellow – not good and Red – bad. The needle on this gauge is dropping out of the blue zone and heading into the yellow zone. Hence using water wisely is important in our daily activities.

I don't see any reason why people should not conserve water. Some people just can't follow simple things, yet complain if they are affected with a negative outcome due to environment abuse.

Yes, i agree, either people get aware of conserving water or they will cry when they dont get a single drop of water to drink.

But there is unconsumable source of fresh water. The sea! Saudi Arabia knows how to extract fresh water from the sea through the process of desalinization.

Environmentalists always sow fear by alarmist report of shortages of water, global warming or rising of sea level. This data of global warming is exposed as a hoax just recently when hacker intercepted emails from the Climatic Research Institute scientists in the University of East Anglia at London manipulating the earth's temperature from 1960 up to the present.

Even if the sea proves itself as boundless, the process of extracting fresh water from it is so expensive that, without a serious social-political-economical effort, no one with other ways to provide water would do it.

And, seeing as the corporations and countries are actually willing to go as far as privatizate a good, if we can talk of it like that, that is essential for human living, I really doubt desalinization will be a good way for us to have water.

Moreover, we forgot that we live in an environment, and if we can't actually use water in an intelligent way, all the other living systems will collapse around us.

Big business and Government control of the environmental movement has ruined the economy, and does very little good for the environment. This is because it allows the worse polluters to decide what is good and what is bad for the environment. There are hundreds of things that could be done other than Western bashing to solve the problem, Instead of dumping wast water into our rivers ,lakes our drinking water, every drop should be used to grow more trees Scientists have looked carefully at each of these factors. The only one where the data matches up is greenhouse gases -- levels of these gases have risen sharply as we burn more fossil fuels. If liberals were really interested in solving the problem, and not interested only in bashing industrialized nations, They would look for real solutions, The most logical solution is to increase oxygen in the atmosphere, rather than slow industrialization. One average size tree produces enough oxygen for breathing of 25 people. The average new home built would add 5 new trees to the world's best oxygen producers A simple solution in the US Is to force the US Government to release some of the millions an millions of acres, they are holding away from the people to control demographers for political reasons. GB advocates have already starved 100 millions Africans to death with their Western bashing agenda. Trees not only pump oxygen into the atmosphere they also pump moisture into the air. It doesn't rain much any more in Africa because most of the trees have been cut down in Africa and the Mid east.
