As a veteran I'd like to know why the Boy Souts continue to wear the flags on their sleeves backwards. Flag ettiquette clearly states that a flag worn on the side of a moving object shall have the field of stars forward as if it is flowing in the wind. Unless you hang the flag by its stripes which I doubt, the scouts need to get their flags turned around. Take a look at how the military wears theirs.
