Ørnulf Tofte

Ørnulf Tofte is a Norwegian former police officer.

He was central in the Norwegian intelligence service during most of the Cold War

He graduated from the police academy in March 1940 and joined the police force as a constable. In 1948, he joined the Police Surveillance Agency. He received The King's Medal of Merit in Gold upon his retirement in 1987. The same year, he published his biography, Spaneren.
