Zombie Apocalypse: Redemption is a upcoming independent action thriller post-apocalyptic zombie film directed by Ryan Thompson.
At the center of this human struggle is John Knox, a man left for dead who finds himself rescued by members of a survivor camp. In this time of uncertainty, Knox must prove his worth and rise above suspicion before he is completely accepted by his rescuers. This accomplished, he is integrated almost seamlessly into their makeshift society, finding in it a new family. However in this unstable world, peace is short lived; an attack by a rival faction of ex-military raiders leaves the survivor camp devastated. Now it's up to Knox and those who survived and escaped the attack to gather their resources and launch an all-or-nothing rescue mission on the raiders' home fortress.

A Zombie Training Course was conducted for the background actors to portray the hordes of the undead, while seeking the talent of stunt coordinators Li Xing and Vong Lee, had trained the cast in fight choreography and stunt performance. Fred Williamson was also given a brief session of fight choreography before filming began. The film were filmed in various locations around Michigan
such as Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor and Detroit.

Daryl Simpson and Johnathon VanDusen were later brought on as 2nd Second Assistant Directors and Jared Radtke and Malorie Alton as Camera Operators; Clinton Jones was bought in for Visual Effects, Dan Irving as Still Photographer and Steve Longworth for the Musical Score. Military Advisory and Training were conducted by Li Xing and Daniel Lang. Military training was conducted for cast members including Johnny Gel, Alicia Clark, Angelique Sky, Vong Lee, and Tommy Beardmore along with some background actors.
Post-Production has begun as of December 2010; scheduled release date is in March 2011. The film had it's world premiere on March 31, 2010.

Plot
A viral outbreak has devastated the global population, resulting in the undead outnumbering a single human 10,000 to one. However, as resources begin to crumble and death tolls rise, the animosity grows even among the humans themselves, making a clear enemy impossible to distinguish. who now leads a maniacal group of raiders who ravage and loot indiscriminately across the wastelands. As John Knox leaves his employ, Rome sends his deadliest of operatives to seek and hunt him down. - Fred Williamson as Moses, the appointed leadership of the surviving group that found Knox, with his strong presence and thepowerful voice of a leader, Moses protects the camp from invasion - by the living and the undead.
- Alicia Clark as Sarah, a tough-looking tomboy that provides hope to the survivors, she is also one of the three that found Knox lying almost dead in the wastelands. Although Knox tries his best to support the camp of survivors, Sarah doesn't trust him and grows disgusted by Knox.
- Joseph Scott Anthony as Robert, one of the defenders of the surviving group, he is distrustful of Knox and believes that Knox was intentionally placed among them as a spy from another group.
- Tommy Beardmore as Lucas, one of the care-givers of the surviving group, he helps out around the camp and cares for the children. Although he seems harmless, Lucas can do what he has to do to help those he cares about.
- Daniel Lang as Doctor Potter, an animal veterinarian who is the medical doctor among the surviving group, he also gives advice for those who need it and shows no interest in leadership of the camp; he seems like he just wants to be left alone.
- Tokkyo Faison as Lawrence, an ex-military man and an expert sniper, Lawrence spends his days high in trees, keeping watch over the entire camp and taking out threats with ease. Lawrence is always seen making bets over his marksmanship.
- Didrik Davis as Billy, a strong man who doesn't care for the little things, but has a heart to strongly please a nice woman. Due to the strict rules and the undead that live only a few feet from him, he can't enjoy his favorite treat...chocolate.
- Vong Lee as Hawkins, little is known about him although he is a martial artist and carries around a sword in close defense, Hawkins is one of the few to goes out to recover any resources and bring them back to the camp.
- Angelique Sky as Cienfuegos, a diva nicknamed the Queen of the Wastelands, a deadly operative working under Rome. She is also Rome's "personal" partner in the wastes of the world or in his bedroom.
