. These buses were purchased by Unitrans only for spare parts and were never used in regular service. Having been sold in 1981, they are no longer part of the Unitrans fleet. The RLH model buses differed from the RTs and RTLs on the fleet in that they were lower in height (hence the "LH" in their model designation). The lower overall height also made for a partly claustrophobic interior: the upstairs saloon (passenger cabin) seating area was only 4 feet, 7-7/8 inches tall.

Date acquired by Unitrans: Before September, 1979

Current status: Retired and sold in October, 1981. RLH 21 is last known to be under private ownership by Red Rock Winery in Merced, CA. RLH 34 is currently located in Happy Valley near Anderson Ca.in undrivable condition.
