. The alternate route was removed in 2004 when US 113's northern terminus was moved south to Milford
.
, where the highway was known as Main Street and intersected Irish Hill Road. The highway continued north from Magnolia as State Street through a mix of farmland and residential subdivisions. After Rising Sun Road split to the northwest, US 113A turned north and intersected DE 10A (Sorghum Mill Road) in Rising Sun-Lebanon
. DE 10A joined US 113A in a concurrency north across Tidbury Creek to DE 10A's eastern terminus at the intersection with DE 10
(Lebanon Road). US 113A continued north across Isaac Branch and entered the city of Dover. After passing under the Puncheon Run Connector
with no access and crossing Puncheon Run, the highway intersected US 13 (DuPont Highway). While State Street continued north toward the Delaware State Capitol, US 113A joined US 13 in a concurrency. US 13 and US 113A crossed the St. Jones River
before meeting Court Street, which was used to access the Delaware State Capitol to the west and Bay Road, the old alignment of US 113, to the east. US 113A reached its northern terminus at an intersection with Bay Road; that intersection was also the northern terminus of US 113.

US 113A was moved away from downtown Dover in 1976 when the alternate route was made concurrent with US 13 north to its intersection with US 113's northern terminus east of the Delaware State Capitol. US 113A was removed as an alternate in 2004 concurrent with US 113's northern terminus being rolled back to Milford.Junction list
