The Children's Hour was a long-running children's television program, airing on Sunday mornings on Fort Worth/Dallas NBC affiliate, KXAS-TV, Channel 5, a VHF station. It was hosted by Bill Kelley .

This program aired at 8 a.m. (CST) and lasted 1 hour -- and briefly for 1.5 hours billed as "The Children's Hour ... and a Half." During a usual episode, Kelly would typically draw cartoons, read the comic page of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram
