Pupils in the school belong to one of four houses, each named after a Royal House: Lancaster

(YELLOW). In 2004, form groups were reorganized into house groups and pupils are now registered by the same tutor throughout their time at the school.

status and was the first in the Borough to be recognized with the Sportsmark
