History
Sportclub Wiedenbrück was created through the merger of DJK Wiedenbrück and Westfalia Wiedenbrück in 2000. Following the union the football side took up DJKs place in the sixth tier Berzirksliga, and quickly moved up to the Verbandsliga WestfalenVerbandsliga Westfalen
