Rebel has formed a tag team with ICWF Universal star "The Big Gun" Mac Robo known as the "Cult Of Personality." The CoP is entered into the ICWF Universal Tag Team title tournament.
On June 11, 2010, Rockin Rebel defeated Rick Ryder to become the second ICWF Universal Champion in Berwick, PA at "Anything Goes Tonight."
On August 21, 2010, Rebel and Dennis "Heavy D" Wright captured the Atomic Championship Wrestling (ACW) Tag Team Championship from Old School's Ed House and High Voltage at "Headlock On Healthcare & Hunger" in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. In a show on September 25, 2010, Rebel and Heavy D successfully defended their ACW Tag Titles against Even NeMo and Adrian Bliss, as well as an interfering Louis Rich and Brandon Bishop.
For Atomic Championship Wrestling on October 23 in Stevens, PA, Rockin' Rebel and Heavy D defended their titles once again against Louis G. Rich and Brandon Bishop, beating them in both a dance off which included referees Tonya Stevens and Zach Carlucci in a rendition of "Apache (Jump On It)", as well as a tag team match. After the dance off, the referees concluded that Rich and Bishop may be gay, which made ACW's BoyBoy "distract" the team with a kiss for each, while Rebel and Heavy D beat down Rich and Bishop. Rebel and Heavy D, along with Stevens, Carlucci and their manager Rabid Rizzo celebrated with the kids in the crowd to "Apache". However, as of November 14, the duo has lost the ACW Tag Team Titles to Pretty Fly and Fred Flash due to "Money in the Bank" stipulations.
In January 2011, Rebel annaounced that he and Mac Robo Had split up the tag team "Cult of Personality," and Rebel is scheduled to defend his ICWF Universal Title against the Big Gun June 5, 2011 at "Organized Chaos."
On June 5, 2011, Rebel was scheduled to defend his ICWF Universal title, but was unable to due to a knee injury. Outlaws stablemate Rick Ryder was selected to defend the title in rebel's place, but upon arrival at the venue, was given the night off by the promoter. So, feeling his time had been wasted, Ryder got in his car and left the arena. Thus, rebel was stripped of the title, and the belt was put up in a 10 man battle royal, won by The Big Gun.
On October 1, 2011, The Big Gun and Rockin rebel reunited in CPW when Mr. Saturday Night turned on Rebel, prompting the Big Gun and several other wrestlers to run out and save Rockin Rebel. The Cult of Personality reunited, and took the PCWS Tag Team Championship in a Shenadoah StreetFight in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, on October 8, 2011 against Better Than You.
