Diwan Bahadur R. N. Arogyasamy Mudaliar (1874-1933) was an Indian civil engineer and politician who served as the Minister of Development in the Madras Presidency from 1926 to 1928.

In the Subbarayan ministry

In the 1926 provincial elections, no party was able to win a clean majority. The Swarajya Party, the single largest party in the assembly was invited to form the government by they refused. The second largest party, the Justice Party, too, refused to form the government as they did not have enough seats in the assembly. As a result an independent ministry was formed with P. Subbarayan
