Prince Philipp of Hesse (Philipp Robin Prinz von Hessen) (17 September 1970) is grandson of Prince Philipp of Hesse (1896–1980) and is the youngest child and second son of Moritz, Landgrave of Hesse and his former wife, Princess Tatjana of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg

He married Laetitia Bechtolf (b. Wedel
, 5 May 1978) in a civil ceremony in Hamburg
on 5 May 2006 and a religious ceremony in Panker
on 10 June 2006. This was the first accepted morganatic union that has been accepted in the Hessian Royal House; both his uncle Prince Otto Adolf's wives were not given the title of Princess. The couple has a daughter and a son.
