1. 1992-1995- The company obtained certificate of Commencement of business in 1992. In 1993, the company became a public company. In 1995, it started commercial production and received GMP certification.
2. 1996-1999- Orchid Pharmaceuticals received ISO certification for quality systems, ISO 9002 certification and ISO certification for Environment Management Systems. It became the country's largest producer of oral

3. 2000-2003- The company received ISO 9001-2000 certification. The company grew inorganically by making multiple alliances and acquisitions and became a global company by setting its offices in USA and Russia.
4. 2004-2007- It signs agreement to produce oral cephalosporins for US market. The company's joint venture with Bexel completed its phase 1(a), phase 1(b), phase 2(a)clinical trials for anti-diabetic molecule- BLX-1002 and got the patent clearance from USA.Enters in the Canadian market, makes agreements with leading pharmaceuticals to participate in manufacturing and marketing of oral drugs and veterinary injectable, and licensing and distribution alliances for Europe market.
5. 2008-2010- Approvals to enter Canadian and Australian market, establishes a wholly owned subsidiary in Japan. The company keep on growing through innovating new molecules and also inorganically by acquisitions and different license and collaborations in the market for generic drugs, antibiotics and injectables.
