St. Enda’s have also had great success at youth level over the last number of years. 2009 was a great year for the club which saw the Minor’s capture Ulster Minor Club Football Championship

in the final. 2009 also saw the Tyrone U-21 Football Championship; Tyrone Minor Football Championship and League, Tyrone Juvenile Football Championship and League come to the club.
The club fields underage teams in football from U-8 to U-21 as well as Senior and Reserve teams. Ladies football is also played in the club. The seniors play in the Tyrone Senior League and Tyrone Senior Football Championship. Omagh had two players on the victorious 2008 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship

Omagh St. Enda's was founded in 1932. However previous clubs existed in 1904-09 (including hurling and camogie), 1917–20 and intermittently in 1920s within the parish.
