Mark J. Roe is the David Berg Professor of Law at Harvard Law School

Professor Roe is the author of Strong Managers, Weak Owners (Princeton, 1994) and Political Determinants of Corporate Governance (Oxford, 2003), in which he shows underlying connections between business structures and national political configurations.http://ssrn.com/abstract=165143 He explores the political economy of American corporate lawmaking in a series of articles, two of which are published in the Harvard Law Review
