to the east, Huainan
to the northeast, Fuyang
to the north, Chaohu City to the southeast, Anqing
to the south, and the province of Henan
to the west.
Although the character "六" (literally: "six") is normally pronounced "Liù", in this case it changes to "Lù" on account of the local dialect.
