This is a list of episodes for the British
children's television drama Bernard's Watch
. The show originally broadcast for five series as part of CITV
on ITV1
in the United Kingdom, between 1997 and 2001. In 2004 there was a 6th series made called Bernard's Watch but set in a school with Watson playing the role as Bernard, then in 2005 there was a 7th Series made just simply entitled Bernard.
David Peachey played the eponymous character for the first five series. Ryan Watson
took over in 2004 for the sixth series. The first few series are currently not on air. But series 4, 5, 6 and 7 are still being repeated, they were last repeated in 2009 and 2010.
Series writer Andrew Norriss
originally wrote only five episodes of the show which made up the first series, with the intention that no more would be produced. However he ended up writing a further four series with Peachey playing Bernard and two series with Watson.
