José Martí-Carvajal is an environmental engineer who lives and works in Puerto Rico

He received his elementary and high school education in Puerto Rico and later entered the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, where he received a degree in civil engineering and later did graduate work on environmental engineering.
