A 2011 Christmas special has been filmed and will be broadcast around the Christmas period. The show is filmed in front of an audience, where the audience are shown the interviews via video link as part of the filming. The sketches are not shown to the audience at the time of filming but Bishop's narration of the sketch is included in the filming.

Series 1

Series 1 was first aired in 2010. There were 6 episodes:

6. Being British (air date — 3 September 2011)

Audience figures

Audience figures for the original showing of series 1 were around 3.5m, while series 2 has had audiences of over 4m. It should be noted both series were originally aired on Saturday nights, but series 2 has been given an earlier time slot (before the BBC News opposed to after it.)
