Food and drink

John's requires a buffet purchase to enter the restaurant and has an all-you-can-eat buffet which includes pizza, pasta, soup, salad and dessert. Drinks are purchased separately. Diners can also order their own pizza and pick from any of their multiple toppings. John's has twenty different types of pizzas and is notable for their unusual pizzas like Spicy Peanut Butter, Macaroni and Cheese, Cheeseburger and Garlic Pesto. They have more than ten pastas to choose from as well as soups. The salads have multiple vegetables, fruits, and dressings as well. The desserts served there are chocolate cake slices, cheesecake slices, apple crisps, sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, donuts, and ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, or a combination; on a cone or cup, and with multiple toppings).

Themed dining rooms

Each John’s location is on average approximately 60,000 square feet and has five themed dining rooms. Cabin Fever is similar to a Lake Tahoe-style environment with pine chairs, log covered walls and a fireplace. Toon Time Theatre plays cartoons non-stop on the television and projection screens throughout the room. Hall of Fame is like a sports bar with team memorabilia and games on the big-screen televisions. Vertical Room is an extreme sports room where you can watch motocross racing, extreme golf, surfing or snowboarding. Fusion Room, or the retreat room, is a room that plays music videos. The Fusion dining room can also accommodate meetings by becoming a private room with a large projector screen and laptop links for presentations. The Veranda Room is an adult-centered tropical-themed dining room that presents a resort-like atmosphere with windows and wood furnishings.

Games and rides

John's offers both traditional video arcade games and games that dispense tickets that can be used to redeem prizes. John's has amusement rides, similar to what one might find at a carnival or fair, such as adult-sized bumper cars, roller coasters, bowling, a free falling Frog Hopper ride, a spinning Twister ride, tea cups, and a speedway go-cart track. Each location varies in terms of rides and attractions. To go on the rides or play the games, Fun World Credits on a FunCard is needed. The FunCard stores credits and is swiped at each of the games or attractions. Tickets can also be saved on the FunCard, allowing people to avoid carrying multiple tickets around.

Parties

Private parties or events can be held at John’s, which has private enclosed party rooms. Guests are waited on by the party hosts. The party goers receive balloon animals and play multiple games such as limbo, or hot potato.
