Henri Giscard d'Estaing is a French

.

After finishing his studies in Marketing at the Institut d'Études Cofremca, he entered at Boussois-Souchon-Neuvesel-Danone in 1987, working as Director of Development between 1987 and 1990, then as managing director of HP - Lea & Perrins in the United Kingdom

, left his job to sign with the Danone group as the CEO of their mineral water
branch.
In 1997, he joined Club Méditerranée
as their Director of Finance, Development, and International Relations and as a member of the board. In October, 2001, he became a General Director, and from December 16, 2002, he served as CEO, replacing Philippe Bourguignon

since 2004, and a member of Vedior
's oversight council since April 28, 2006.
