Frank D. Wagner

Frank Douglas Wagner was the 15th Reporter of Decisions of the United States Supreme Court, serving from 1987 to 2010.
Born in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, Mr. Wagner received his A.B. from Cornell University in 1967 (English) and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1970. After practicing law in Pottstown, PA, he was a legal editor with the Lawyers Co-operative Publishing Company in Rochester, NY, and later with the Research Institute of America in Washington, DC, editing publications on federal law.
