Baiage

Eldar Vågan and Bjørn Berg (vocalist on the first Vazelina-LP) were both in the band Baiage before Vazelina were formed.
Lineup in 1979: Henning Hoel - guitar, Hallgeir Brumoen - singer, Eldar Vågan - guitar, Bjørnulf Dyrud - drummer, Jan Erik Dammerud - piano, Bjørn Berg - bass. For the last year, Baiage worked with bilopphøgger Arnulf Paulsen - as a bus driver for the band. Paulsen was the driver since he owned his own bus- a Swedish tourist bus from the 1950s.

The band released one EP with four tracks.
Baiage x 4 - 1979 - NorDisc/Polydor - 12 NOR 2001.

Baiage took part in the National Battle of the Bands in 1979 and were included in the LP NM for rockeband LIVE with the song "På do". Released on Continental Records 1979, CC 101.
