, where he defended co-defendant Clarence "C.J" Stewart. In 2008 Clarence "C.J." Stewart received a 7 1/2 – 27–year sentence for his involvement with the O.J. Simpson Las Vegas robbery. On October 22, 2010, the Nevada Supreme Court remanded Clarence "C.J" Stewart's sentence for a new trial.

Mr. Bryson initially planned to become a musician but his life changed in the early 1980s when he was ultimately acquitted of manslaughter as a result of a brawl over a seat in a bar. He decided to become an attorney afterwards.

On August 27, 1982 Mr. Bryson killed a 30 year old man named Roche Boyles in a hotel lounge in Casper, Wyoming. It occurred during a brawl. After the first set, a woman in the audience called Bryson over to sit with her and her sister. Bryson joined them and unwittingly sat in a seat belonging to Boyles, who had stepped away.

When Boyles returned to the table the two men, who had never met before that night, got into a fight over the seat. Bryson said Boyles swung at him with a beer bottle. Bryson had a wine glass in his hand, and they wrestled, he said.

While fighting, Bryson realized he was covered in blood. He believed Boyles had gutted him. The blood, it turned out, belonged to Boyles, whose throat was cut during the fight. Prosecutors believed that it was Bryson's wine glass that caused the injury.

Bryson said he surged with adrenaline, pinned Boyles against a couch and began punching him repeatedly while shouting, "I'm going to kill you, you (expletive)!" J. Simpson trial)- linked below.

and the devastating fight at FSB Spear which was overrun by the North Vietnamese army. The battle at Spear had over 15 soldiers killed from the 101st, and Bower suffered his initial PTSD from the events of that battle and has had to live with that psychological damage ever since, which was brutally exacerbated by the brawl at Harrah's that took him back to FSB Spear and all of the events he experienced during his time in Vietnam.

Brent Bryson won an appeal before the Nevada Supreme Court in which he eloquently argued that Bower and the other plaintiffs in Bower v Harrah's should have a trial, and as a result of his superb presentation to the Nevada Supreme court, a trial was granted, and the lower courts which had denied the trial were overruled.

The trial is in progress now in the 8th judicial district court in Las Vegas, room 15D.
