Erwin High School fields teams in Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Cheerleading, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Track, Tennis, Golf and Soccer. The Eagles' wrestling team won Alabama High School Athletic Association state championships in 1992 and 1999 http://www.ahsaa.com/Sports/Wrestling/History/WrestlingPastStateChampions/tabid/776/Default.aspx.
